The Anti-dumping and Subsidies Commission (ADSC) can open an Anti-dumping Investigation if it receives a properly documented complaint from a Jamaican industry providing sufficient evidence that exporting producers from one or more countries are dumping a similar product onto the Jamaican market and causing injury to the domestic industry.
