Jacqueline Simmonds

Jacqueline Simmonds joined the ADSC team as General Manager in mid-2021.   As General Manager and part of the Commission’s Technical Team,  Ms. Simmonds has responsibility for the range of Corporate Services necessary for the Commission to fulfill its obligations and serves as Case Manager for cases and projects, which include trade remedy investigations.

Miss Simmonds has over 25 years of experience in the international development, energy, and corporate banking arenas working with the private sector to promote economic growth and development.  Prior to ADSC, Miss Simmonds served as Senior Program Coordinator for International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group providing advisory services for SME and Value Chain Development.   From 2002-2014, Miss Simmonds led the key account management, marketing, economic development, and energy services business units with a core focus on customer relationship strategy and building strategic partnerships in investment attraction, business retention, and expansion.   She is a former member of the US-based Utilities Economic Development Association and Director of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and earned her Certification as a Business Energy Professional from the American Association of Energy Engineers.  Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business and International Affairs from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania, USA, and an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom.
