Ermine Lewis

Ermine Lewis joined the Commission in 2001. She has brought to the Commission over thirty years of experience in the administrative field. Ermine is a friendly and convivial individual, who is very resourceful and supportive. Ermine is the first point of contact for the Commission.

Ermine Lewis received secretarial training from Duff’s Business College and a Certificate in Computer Applications (Intermediate level) from Ministry of Justice, Justice Training Institute. She also had training in Minute Writing from the Management Institute for National Development.

In her role as Receptionist/Secretary, she is responsible for operating the switchboard, for greeting and directing visitors to relevant members of Staff for assistance, receiving and logging incoming and outgoing mails, procuring items for the office, performing research, accounting and secretarial duties when required for the technical staff and assisting the Senior Secretary and Administrative Assistant with typing overflow. Her core skills are office management, planning and organizing, and communications.

Through Ermine’s dedicated work ethics, she has made significant contribution in aiding the Commission’s Mandate as it relates to assisting in promoting public awareness through Seminars/Workshops.
