Mr. Anthony White is the Registrar at the Anti-dumping Subsidies and Commission (ADSC). He is an Information and Records Management professional with a strong background in records governance, digitization, information access, document control, and data protection.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, specializing in Government, Political Science, Information, and Philosophy from the University of the West Indies, Mona. His experience includes developing and implementing records management frameworks, managing information systems, digitizing organizational records, improving document control systems, and supporting compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Mr. White is committed to leveraging technology and effective information governance practices to enhance organizational efficiency, accountability, transparency, and the secure management of information.
