Karen Fyffe Adlam is a Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience. She led strategic HR initiatives across both the public and private sectors in Jamaica. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, policy implementation, change management, and workforce planning.

Currently serving as Human Resources Officer at the Anti-dumping & Subsidies Commission, she provides strategic and operational HR support that strengthens organizational effectiveness and promotes employee engagement. Throughout her career, she has successfully established HR departments, led high-performing teams, implemented best practices aligned with labour laws, and developed people-focused solutions that drive business success.
