Ms. Sadé Trotman is the Research Officer at the Anti-dumping and Subsidies Commission (ADSC), where she supports the Commission’s mandate through research, trade analysis, stakeholder engagement, and policy support. Her work focuses on monitoring international trade trends, conducting industry and market research, supporting trade remedy investigations, and strengthening stakeholder awareness of Jamaica’s trade remedies framework.

Before joining the ADSC, Ms. Trotman gained professional experience across both the public and private sectors in research, administration, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. At the Commission, she contributes to research initiatives, import surveillance and analysis, industry consultations, technical reporting, and the design and delivery of public education and capacity-building programmes for government and private sector stakeholders. She also serves as a Junior Internal Auditor for the Commission’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, supporting the Commission’s commitment to continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Ms. Trotman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations with a Minor in Public Policy and Management. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Public and Development Management at The University of the West Indies, Mona. Her professional interests include international trade policy, economic development, public sector modernization, monitoring and evaluation, and regional integration within the Caribbean.
